Geiger builds the materials for a training session delivered by someone from the field rather than by an outside expert. It curates what the field has documented, marks precisely where that record stops, and hands those gaps to a practitioner who has lived them.
The premise is that expertise has become abundant and two things have not: the judgment to tell good curation from slop, and the experience of someone actually doing the work.
